:: Trial Restrictions
The trial versions of TurboDB for VCL, TurboDB
for .NET and TurboDB Studio work for 30 days after installation.
When this period is over, you cannot work with the trial version
anymore.
The trial versions for TurboDB for .NET work
without a limit. However, the applications you create with them
only run for three days. After this time limit has expired, the
application must be recompiled.
:: Purchasing
When you decide to purchase a product, order
the license in our shop and activate the existing trial version
or the existing service release with the license you receive by
e-mail.
:: Language Drivers
Countries that use other character sets unlike
the English or the German need customized collate sequences. TurboDB
supports custom string comparison by offering an easy interface
to an extension library called language driver. Language drivers
are not supported under Linux yet.
The documentation of the language driver technology
and some drivers for a few languages are available here. Drivers
for other languages are available on request.
:: TurboDB Workbench
TurboDB Workbench, the console management
program for TurboDB tables can also be downloaded by itself. This
tool is interesting for users of TurboDB Studio. It is free-ware.
:: TurboDB Data Exchange
TurboDB Data Exchange is another console free-ware
tool that reads and writes data from and to TurboDB tables. Formats
supported by tdbdatax are Text, dBase, TurboDB and XML.
:: TurboDB Lock File Analyzer
Tool for viewing and modifying lock files.
TdbLocks opens a TurboDB lock (*.net) file and shows the current
locking state. It can also be used to remove users from the user
list.
